On April 8th, 2025, at Bateco’s office, the kick-off event for the internal training system LMS (Learning Management System) was successfully held, marking an important milestone in the company’s human resource development strategy. The ceremony was attended by representatives of Bateco’s Board of Directors, management teams from various departments and units, along with Mr. Nguyễn Xuân Bách – CEO of Gitiho Vietnam, a key partner in the development and implementation of the online training system at Bateco. At the kick-off event, the attendees discussed the role of the internal LMS in improving training effectiveness, promoting proactive learning, and fostering a culture of continuous development within the organization.
