GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY OF THANG CUONG INDUSTRIAL CLUSTER NEW BEGINNING – NEW ASPIRATIONS
On the morning of February 27, 2026, Bateco Thang Cuong Joint Stock Company, a project development member within the ecosystem of BESIP Group Joint Stock Company and Bateco Group, solemnly held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Thang Cuong Industrial Cluster Project in Van Thang Commune, Ninh Binh Province. The event not only marked the official launch of the project after four months of rapid and fully compliant site clearance, but also ignited new inspiration and aspirations for Bateco Group in the field of industrial real estate development.
The ceremony was attended by strategic partners including HTI Group and DSS Vietnam Technology Joint Stock Company, along with other shareholders. HTI Group is recognized as one of Vietnam’s leading multi-sector enterprises, distinguished as a supplier of products and solutions in the fields of security and defense, as well as scientific and technical equipment for education, healthcare, mechanical engineering, automation, measurement and testing, biology, and environmental applications. Meanwhile, DSS Vietnam Technology Joint Stock Company is among the pioneering companies in security equipment in Vietnam and serves as a key partner of major technology companies both domestically and internationally. DSS Vietnam is currently collaborating with Bateco Group on agricultural projects in Lai Chau and several other localities. The presence and early commitment of these strategic partners demonstrate strong confidence in the long-term development orientation of Bateco Group in general and the BESIP ecosystem in particular, while laying an essential foundation for the Thang Cuong Industrial Cluster to be implemented on schedule with assured quality and investment efficiency.
In the context of Vietnam accelerating industrialization and modernization, alongside selective investment attraction and deeper integration into global supply chains, the Thang Cuong Industrial Cluster is expected to contribute to the development of clean land resources and synchronized green and smart infrastructure. The project is not merely an infrastructure development, but a concrete realization of the local aspiration for sustainable industrial growth, aligned with the socio-economic development strategy of the province and the nation in the new phase. Throughout the implementation process, the project has received close guidance from government authorities at all levels, as well as strong consensus and support from the local community. The close coordination among the enterprise, government authorities, and local stakeholders has enabled the project to promptly fulfill all legal and technical requirements and move forward into the infrastructure construction phase.
