The People’s Committee of Bac Ninh Province has just issued a decision approving the investment policy, while assigning Besip Bac Giang Housing Development Joint Stock Company – a member of Bateco Group – as the investor of the Social Housing Project in A Lu (Da Mai Ward, Bac Ninh Province).
The project has a scale of over 560 apartments, including 02 buildings of 20 stories, with synchronous investment in technical infrastructure, landscape, and utilities, aiming to meet the housing needs of over 1,000 workers and young families living and working in the locality.

In the context of Bac Ninh being one of the largest industrial centers in the country with hundreds of thousands of workers, the demand for quality social housing at reasonable prices is becoming increasingly urgent. The A Lu project not only contributes to supplementing the social housing fund of the province but also realizes the government’s policy of developing at least 1 million social housing units during the 2021–2030 period.
Being selected as the project investor is an honor, but also a great responsibility for Bateco Group. With experience in implementing infrastructure and real estate projects, along with thorough preparation in legal, human resources, and financial aspects, Bateco ensures the project is implemented on schedule, ensuring quality and providing a modern living space that meets the expectations of the people and local authorities.

We believe that each completed apartment is not just a construction project, but also the beginning of homes, where workers can settle down with peace of mind, stay long-term, and contribute to the overall development of the locality.
That is also how Bateco realizes its development philosophy centered on people, where each project aims to enhance the quality of life and create lasting values for society.

Bateco Group is committed to continuing to be steadfast in its mission to create sustainable values, accompanying the government, businesses, and people on the journey to build civilized, modern, and developed communities, contributing to effectively achieving social security goals, improving quality of life, and promoting the sustainable development of the country.
