Project Start Milestone
On the morning of February 27, 2026, Bateco Thang Cuong Joint Stock Company, a member unit developing the project under the ecosystem of BESIP Group Joint Stock Company, Bateco Group solemnly held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Thang Cuong Industrial Cluster Project in Vạn Thắng commune, Ninh Bình province. The event not only marks the official start of the project after 4 months of rapid land clearance in accordance with legal regulations but also ignites new inspiration and aspirations for Bateco Group in the field of industrial real estate.

The ceremony was attended by strategic partners including HTI Group and DSS Vietnam Joint Stock Company along with other shareholders. HTI Group is known as one of the leading enterprises in Vietnam in multi-sector activities, prominently serving as a supplier of products and solutions in the fields of Security – Defense, scientific and technical equipment for education, healthcare, mechanics, automation, measurement and testing, biology, and environment… Meanwhile, DSS Vietnam Joint Stock Company is one of the leading companies in the field of security equipment in Vietnam, a key partner of major technology companies both domestically and internationally. DSS Vietnam is currently accompanying Bateco Group in agricultural projects in Lai Châu and several other localities. The presence and commitment of strategic partners from the project’s startup phase demonstrate their confidence in the long-term development direction of Bateco Group in general and the BESIP ecosystem in particular, while also creating an important foundation for the Thang Cuong Industrial Cluster to be implemented on schedule, ensuring quality and investment efficiency.
