On the afternoon of January 10, 2026, at the headquarters of Bateco Group, the program “Summary of production and business activities 2025” was held, marking a moment to look back on a journey of relentless efforts and to establish a development direction for the next phase.
The year 2025 was a year of many fluctuations in the market, but it also clearly demonstrated the resilience, proactive spirit, and adaptability of Bateco Group. In the context of many challenges, the Group focused on consolidating governance foundations, optimizing operations, controlling risks, and maintaining and developing production and business activities across all markets. The results achieved in the past year are a testament to the unity, discipline, and responsibility of the Bateco staff.
At the program, the Leadership Board comprehensively assessed the results of achieving the goals for 2025, pointed out the strengths that need to be further promoted, while candidly acknowledging the shortcomings to draw lessons for the next development phase. This is not only a summary activity but also an opportunity for the entire Bateco Group to look back on the journey that has been traveled with a spirit of humility and towards the future.
On that basis, the targets for 2026 were clearly and realistically established and announced. They were also handed over to representatives of branches/units right at the program. This is both a challenge and a motivation for each unit and individual to continue to promote a sense of responsibility, proactively innovate, and enhance work efficiency.
